By accessing and using our website located at www.chittamind.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products, including Keyboards, Headphones, and Gamepads, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Site.
User Agreement
This agreement is a legal contract between you, the user, and ChittaMind. Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ChittaMind or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The "ChittaMind" name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of ChittaMind. You are not permitted to use any of these marks without our prior written consent.
You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from the Site.
Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ChittaMind. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds.
- Eligibility for Return: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories and in new, resalable condition within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened headphones with ear tips are generally not eligible for return unless defective. Please contact us for specific guidance.
- Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund upon verification of the defect.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
