At ChittaMind, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase of our Keyboards, Headphones, and Gamepads. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- In its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned for a refund:
- Opened software or digital downloads.
- Personalized or custom-configured products.
- Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
- Products missing the serial number or with tampered warranty seals.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all components, and place the RMA number visibly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Refund Details
- You will receive a full refund for the product price if the return meets all eligibility criteria.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your discretion.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and then place a new order on our website.
