Shipping Method & Areas

We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. This service is available for orders shipped to most countries. Please note that shipping times and fees may vary depending on your destination. You will see the calculated shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number (where available) to [email protected].

Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipping):

  • Domestic (within the country of our warehouse): 3-7 business days.
  • International: 10-25 business days.

These are estimates only. Delays due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues are possible and beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions. There is currently no free shipping promotion. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed and charged as a separate line item during checkout.

Delivery & Issues

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. ChittaMind is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

If your package appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by your country upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. ChittaMind has no control over these costs and cannot predict what they may be.
